OpenSimulator 0.8.0.1 released

This release is OpenSimulator 0.8 plus selected bug fixes, not a packaging of the current development branch. The chief reason for making this release is to address a regression with Hypergrid teleports where attachments could go missing or sometimes appear twice after teleport. However, it also contains a number of other minor fixes.

This release does contain some extra configuration parameters but these occur in OpenSimDefaults.ini so as long as you haven’t made any changes to this file (as we strongly recommend!) you should be able to drop in your existing configuration files from OpenSimulator 0.8 if you are updating. This release also contains no new database migrations on top of the OpenSimulator 0.8 database.
